My pay dropped. Then I was unable to get with my recruiter. Then I was told she could not increase my pay but the hospital was bringing in other nurses with more than double my pay.

Pam fought for me and went to bat for me, and is in contact with me at least once a week! Constantly just checking in, asking if I need anything, and thanking me for just being a nurse! She’s amazing 12/10!
