This was my first travel experience and Prolink helped to make it amazing! My onboarding was easy peasy and any question I had were answered promptly. I was paid weekly without incident. My recruiter checked on me every 7-10 days and sent me a gift card each month I was there! I would definitely choose Prolink again, they just haven’t had the right assignment for me yet.

This was my first contract with prolink. I have heard great things, but my experience was not the best. There was absolutely no support from the onboarding team apart from a flood of emails after you sign your contract. Near impossible to get in contact. Recruiter was non existent after signing us and gave information that turned out to be wrong about pay on multiple occasions. Our pay ended up being late, but was paid in full the following week. This wasn’t a huge deal, these things happen. Overall, I’m not convinced I would use them again. The pay rate was incredible, but the complete lack of support was frustrating.

My partner and I are on our third location/ contract with Prolink. We kept resigning for a total of 2 1/2 years. Prolink usually offered extension bonuses. Recruiter has been great. Each contract always met the GSA max up until our current contract. When I asked to negotiate and receive the GSA maximums, they found a way to max it while lowering the hourly rate… I understand their perspective but this pushed me to make profiles with other agencies. Nonetheless, they do offer health insurance (~$240/month), 401k benefits etc so that was a big help. Paychecks were always on time.

Prolink has great recruiters. Unfortunately, the company it's self is not a nurse advocate and they do not have parameters in place to ensure their nurses are being treated and critiqued realistically. The company hands down is a business concerned with their bottom dollar not with enhancing nurse to facility relationships. Be warned if any disagreements happen you as a nurse are on your own and the recruiter has no leverage to defend you. The recruiter can only try to place you on yet another "interesting" contract.
