I have only used TNAA for my contracts and I have been with them for 1 year. Really love my recruiter Cydney Salisbury, she is so present and really does everything she can to advocate for her nurses.
The curated team that does my onboarding and stuff is also easily reached if they are any questions. I have done both local assignments and travel assignments with this agency.
Their insurance is 10/10, I'm covered for basically everything.
They use Cigna. Also, fertility options are available if you need that as well, another reason I have stayed with my company. All I have paid is the deductable for treatment. Meds are paid for. Can't get that with a staff job!
