I’m still fairly new with this company but the people on my team (other nurses) really love our recruiter. He’s been fantastic so far and I’m almost a month in. He’s very quick to respond, he got me the highest offer of multiple agencies and closest to home! I believe it all has to do with the recruiters. If things go to crap I’ll update this review lol.
A manager at a hospital I applied to called me with a job offer. I asked my recruiter if I had received any offers and he didn’t even notify me that I had received it. I accepted a contract that was supposed to be dayshift but it was actually a nightshift position. Spoke with my recruiter about it and he promised me a $600 bonus for their mistake. I never got that bonus. My recruiter was very hard to communicate with and didn’t text me back most of the time. I extended my contract and was supposed to get an extension bonus. I didn’t get it until the end of my contract and had to remind him that I hadn’t received it yet even though my contract had ended. My recruiter submitted me to many jobs I did not want without my permission. I applied for jobs for months with no offers and switched agencies and had a new contract within 2 weeks.
Karen was a Karen. Also for putting me on a night contract she sure had a bad habit of calling me at noon. Many times I would be asked to send in onboarding paper work I had already sent in multiple time.

My recruiter lied multiple times about everything. Could not get hold of him. My pay was messed up multiple times. It’s sad because I was there several years ago and everything was a lot better
They do not support their nurses. Contracts are there to protect them and the hospital and screw the nurses. Will NOT use again!!!
I disclosed to my recruiter that I have a medical marijuana card and that although I use lightly and take holidays there was a potential for thc to be on a tox screen and they LITERALLY harassed me and made me lose my contract mid onboarding. They contacted me later on for a potential contract and started dialogue by texting “well do you think you can even pass a toxscreen?” Super unprofessional, marijuana is a medication, gtfoh with that type of bigotry.
